Who is this guy, and What has Happened to the AJC?

I don't know Ken Sugiura, apparently he now covers the Goergia Bulldogs along with Tim Tucker. Apparently recruiting coverage is more important to the mavens on Marietta Street, because I sure do miss Chip Towers. Ken may turn out to be a great sports writer, but so far he appears to be more of a producer in waiting. His skill set may be more inclined to hitting record and transcribing.

It's not his fault the AJC sent this article out on a RSS feed  today. I am sure I would not have reacted so harshly had it not been 3+ days late, but they did, and I am reacting.

Apparently, the AJC still thinks people read their paper to find out what happened, as in what happened to everybody that watched the game. No new insight, no added value, no angle, no nothing.

Who thinks Les Miles is leting Jordan Jefferson call his own plays?

Scott's run buries Georgia  | ajc.com
"[Running back] Charles [Scott] was running the ball good all game, so you might as well just keep feeding him," said Jefferson.

Perhaps Jefferson has a future as an offensive coordinator. On a play called "3 Read," Scott took the handoff from Jefferson and broke Georgia's heart.
