Mumme Poll Ballot, week 7

Mumme Poll Ballot:
  1. Alabama - by default, nobody is really impressing me except the Alabama defense
  2. Cincinnati - I thought they played pretty good against a decent S. Florida team. Lost starting QB in a hostile environment and didn't need any help from the Zebras
  3. Iowa - Undefeated with an impressive win against Penn State in Happy Valley
  4. Texas - Winning ugly is still winning.
  5. Florida - I hate to put Florida in here, for they probably do not win against Arkansas without Slive's henchmen helping.
  6. Southern Cal - Notre Dame is not that good, I may have them too high.
  7. Boise State - They have impressed every time I watched, until Tulsa. Schedule is weak, weak, weak
  8. Miami - Win over Ga Tech looks more impressive this week.
  9. Georgia Tech - no comment
  10. Oregon - What a bounce back from the humiliation on the blue turf
  11. TCU - Not their fault nobody with a name will play them
  12. Penn State - Iowa loss looks good as long as Iowa keeps winning

BUI's Mumme Poll Ballot

Mumme Poll ballot:

  1. Alabama - they have been the most impressive to me.
  2. Florida - defense alone puts them near the top
  3. Texas - have looked shaky, but have won
  4. Virginia Tech - found themselves late against Nebraska, best loss
  5. Boise State - surprised by their talent, soft schedule still an issue
  6. Cincinnati - keep winning, soft schedule is a concern
  7. LSU - seem to play to the level of their competition
  8. Iowa - moving on up after slow start
  9. Southern Cal - still can't understand the loss to UDub, qb or no qb
  10. Miami - team on the rise
  11. Ohio State - not really impressed, but others have fallen by the wayside
  12. Penn State - one of the better losses of the year, even if it didn't look like it at the time
