Keeping up With the Pokes

Apparently, the start of fall practice is not that big of a deal in Stillwater. Not a great deal of news to share.

According to weather.com it was actually 100 degrees in Stillwater Wednesday afternoon.

It was a good day to practice, he said. It was probably 125 degrees down there but I think everyone did a good job of getting through it.

Last season, OSU was 9-4 overall and 5-3 in the Big 12, finishing at No. 16 in the Associated Press poll. The Cowboys were sixth nationally in total offense, eighth in rushing and ninth in scoring.

Better question: can Bill Young squeeze his own orange juice? Miami's defense, weak and arthritic. Give him less talent and speed in the back seven and he might just be one and done.
